Evidence and source limits

The FDA-hosted Tymlos label revised August 2026 identifies abaloparatide as a parathyroid hormone-related peptide analog. It describes treatment of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis at high risk for fracture, or who have failed or cannot tolerate other available osteoporosis therapy. It also describes increasing bone density in men with high-fracture-risk osteoporosis or the corresponding treatment-history limits.

The label warns about severe hypersensitivity, osteosarcoma risk in specified high-risk groups, orthostatic hypotension, hypercalcemia and urinary-calcium or stone concerns. This short note is not the full safety information.

The source concerns the named prescription product. It does not establish the approval or equivalence of a compounded or research product, or a broad anti-aging benefit. No dose or treatment recommendation is provided.
