Start with the limits of the evidence.

FDA lists BPC-157 among bulk substances whose nominations were withdrawn after placement in its category 2 interim-policy list. The agency identifies potential immunogenicity concerns and difficulties related to peptide impurities and active ingredient characterization.

FDA says it has no, or only limited, safety information for the proposed routes of administration. That is not evidence that a product is safe, effective or appropriate for you.

A nomination for a compounding list is not a drug approval. This page does not recommend BPC-157, provide a dose, or direct readers to research-chemical sellers.
