PT-141 / Bremelanotide
The Vyleesi label has a narrow HSDD indication and important cardiovascular limits.
A named product, a defined population.
The Vyleesi bremelanotide label published by NIH DailyMed describes treatment of premenopausal women with acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder causing marked distress or interpersonal difficulty. The label excludes low desire caused by a medical or psychiatric condition, relationship problems, or medication or drug effects.
Vyleesi is not indicated for postmenopausal women, men or enhancement of sexual performance. Those limits must not be blurred into broader claims about products sold as PT-141.
The label lists uncontrolled hypertension or known cardiovascular disease as contraindications, and warnings including transient blood-pressure increases, reduced heart rate and focal hyperpigmentation. This is not the complete safety information. No dose, administration guide or seller links are included.
